This is an international bank with solid expansion plan across Asia. They are currently looking for an all rounded HR professional to join their team to support on their HR planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training as well as office administrative work. They are looking for candidate who has long term vision and growth with the company together.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a full spectrum of HR and administrative functions including HR planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, staff training & development, employee engagement, and office administration work.
- Take a proactive role in formulating and implementing human resources initiatives and projects in alignment with business objectives and HR strategic plans
- Responsible for office administration activities such as office procurement, equipment maintenance, facilities management, office cleaning, contract negotiation & renewal, office renovation
- Disbursement of monthly salaries and maintenance of all salary data.
- Actively revamp & streamline HR policies & procedures to drive business efficiency
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an HR at banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Attention to details, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Solid experience in MS office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A Multi-tasker and resilient to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
