Computer skill with intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills

Pastel Partner - Advantageous

Organizational skills

Time management skills

Basic admin duties

Negotiating skills

High attention to details

Experience with clearing and forwarding agents

Import and buying experience

Key Performance Areas

Imports Clerk :

Ability to communicate with clearing and forwarding agents including suppliers.

Capture and update correspondence from agents and suppliers on a daily basis.

Assist on other tasks assigned by the Buying Manager.

Buyer Assistant :

Maintain and review product specification sheets

Supplier correspondence and negotiation

Research and development on new local items

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
