We are seeking highly motivated and creative Script Writers/Content Writers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for crafting engaging learning material, written in a story-telling inspired format, tailored for working professionals and adults.

Key Tasks:
Understand, interpret, and write extensive researched material as conversational scripts for engaging eLearning videos.
Develop characters, plots, scenes and write dialogues for each character based on their personality traits, motivations, and relationships with other characters.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Review, edit, and revise existing scripts as needed to ensure they are consistent with the specified requirements.
Maintain a record of all drafts and versions of scripts in a systematic way.
Communicate with the content and production team throughout the production process.
Attributes:
· Knowledge of screenplay writing is essential.
· Strong command of English and Hindi languages is necessary.
· Problem solving attitude.
· Good team player and aligned to organizational rules and policies.
· Good Communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
