What you'll do

Responsible for the repair, maintenance and optimization of the company's electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment, improving equipment reliability and utilization; controlling the maintenance costs of electrical, instrumentation and automation.

Your key responsibilities

SHE Responsibilities

1. Share SHE Flyer events in the workshop.

2. Report accidents/incidents/near misses in a timely manner.

3. Participate in process safety training and meetings on a regular basis to complete relevant actions.

4. Check the equipment under its jurisdiction every day to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

5. Implement and supervise subordinate employees to implement the company's safety, health and environmental protection/occupational hygiene procedures/emergency procedures.

6. Take the lead in participating in safety, health and environmental protection training, and carry out safety, health and environmental protection education for employees who are new to work or return to work after a long-term suspension.

7. Participate in the assessment of work risks and the implementation of the company's licensing system.

8. Check shift records, supervise employees' PPE and work safety precautions.

9. Make timely corrections to the items found in the SHEQ inspection.

a) Main Duties/Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the maintenance and process optimization of the company's electrical, instrumentation and automation.

2. Responsible for the preparation, updating and training of electrical, instrumentation and automation-related SOP standard operating procedures and other documents.

3. Responsible for the formulation of technical solutions for electrical instrument automation in maintenance and renovation projects, installation guidance, construction quality supervision, commissioning and acceptance, etc.

4. Establish FMEA related to electrical, instrumentation and automation, and apply RCA to equipment failure analysis.

5. Responsible for formulating PPM plans for electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment and SHEQ key equipment.

6. Responsible for developing the safety inventory of spare parts for electrical instrument related equipment.

7. Responsible for regular reporting of electricity data and ODS.

8. Responsible for electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance planning and scheduling.

9. Responsible for document management of relevant professional technical materials.

10. Strictly abide by the LSR life-saving regulations, be responsible for your own safety, and actively influence and supervise others to work safely.

11. Responsible for the management of personnel in the electrical instrument workshop, formulate personnel development and training plans, and form a talent echelon.

12. Accept other work or tasks arranged by the company.

Process Safety Responsibilities

The position has the following responsibilities within the job safety function:

1. Responsible for the safety design, verification, inspection and maintenance of instruments in the process safety work, especially the work related to safety instrumented systems (SIS)

2. Support the company's HAZOP (hazard and operability research), ERA (explosion risk assessment) MSA (mechanical safety analysis) related work and be responsible for implementing instrument-related actions

You bring

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation.

2. More than 5 years working experience in electrical instrument automation in chemical, food,biological and other industries.

3. Experience in on-site equipment management.

4. Familiar with the selection of electrical instrument automation equipment.

5. Familiar with Siemens series PLC programming, host computer configuration and DCS programming configuration.

6. Proficient in the use of CAD software, able to draw the schematic diagram of the electric cabinet and the wiring diagram of the PLC cabinet.

7. Familiar with office software and CAD drawing software, familiar with Siemens series PLC programming and upper computer configuration.

8. Good communication and social skills.

9. Strong learning ability, like teamwork.

10. Good English reading and writing skills, and can communicate in simple English.
