Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations at the Hotel.
- Respond to guest and tenant inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
- Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staff rosters accordingly;
- Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations.
- Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk PMS Semper.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Operations Manager.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Attend all hotel required meetings and training.
- Be familiar with hospitality terminology and jargon.
- Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
- Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
- Placing orders for Housekeeping stock and FOH office supplies.
- Follow all Payment policies of the Hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred;
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Manager.
- Hotel experience mandatory.
- Semper knowledge beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
