HR Recruitment Associate [Philippines]


 

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.

A typical day in the work life of an HR Recruitment Specialist may include the following tasks:

  • Review and respond to job requisitions from hiring managers and HR team members.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and applications, and conducting initial phone screens with qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Assessing candidates through reference checks, background checks, skills tests, and behavioral assessments.
  • Making recommendations to hiring managers, and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the new hire onboarding process, including orientation, training, and paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Measuring and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, such as process improvement projects or training opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
