Little Caesars is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our four Little Caesars locations in Winnipeg, Manitoba!
Join our growing organization as a Senior Management Member and work directly with the Owner and Managers!
The individual will conduct the following duties:
- Screen phone interviews for any hiring needs across four Little Caesars locations. The candidate will conduct and filter through applications, and set up in-store interviews for our Owner/Managers.
- Take over the onboarding of all new Team Members and ensure all the documentation is being collected and set them up in all our systems.
- Take on basic Human Resource situations that arise in the store.
- Create different policies and build new procedures in the store.
- Potentially take over the payroll process for all four locations.
- This individual can work remotely - as all the duties are able to be conducted virtually. Some store visits may be required depending on situations that may arise.
- We are a growing organization. The potential for this role to convert to full time is very likely as we add more locations.
The ideal candidate has Human Resources Experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
