An international freight forwarding company is looking for a HR Generalist for their East Rand offices. The role requires at least 7 years experience in being responsible for overseeing recruitment, retention, termination, personnel records, legal and compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies as well as the development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health, and well being. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related are non- negotiables. Previous experience in the freight forwarding/ shipping will be an advantage.
