We are seeking for a new family member to support on our operations with TMS Europe B.V, our Dutch entity located in Velsen-Noord, Netherlands. The location of this role is at our Headquarters in Istanbul,Turkey.
Desired Skills and Specializations
The scope of job;
Communication between Velsen-Noord and Istanbul offices
Managing the whole process at HQ side from new leads/opportunities until to the logistics
- Offers and follow ups
- QA/QC processes
- Documentation
- Data inputs to CRM and ERP systems
- Accompanying customers during FAT’s
- Invoicing and payments
- Logistics
- Reporting
Qualifications and skills:
Graduate on Industrial, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
2 years of experience as Operation Specialist
Living at Istanbul-Asia side, prefably in Pendik/Kurtköy area
High level of experience/knowledge on MS Excel and reporting
Military service should have been done for male applicants
Excellent skills on planning, organisation and cooperation
