- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- · Monitor production processes, including assembly, machining, and finishing, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- · Assign tasks and responsibilities to production workers, set production targets, and track progress to meet production goals.
- · Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- · Handle personnel matters, such as scheduling, attendance, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- · Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and initiate repair or maintenance activities as needed.
- · Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and supplies required for production, collaborating with the procurement department to maintain adequate stock levels.
- · Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role in Medical Industry
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
