The Position

Main Responsibilities /Responsibility
Customer Management
1. Establish a good information communication channel with key customers and explore medical and health professionals ( HCP) concepts, academic needs
2. Delivering specialized medicine/disease/product information
a) Delivering corresponding diseases Scientific progress in the field, promoting doctors to formulate standardized treatment plans
b) Transmitting key information of Roche products, improving awareness of Roche products, and collecting feedback

Discipline construction1. Understand the hospital's existing disease diagnosis and treatment path and expert diagnosis and treatment concept and process
2. Sort out the pain points in the relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment process
3. Conduct doctor/department education by building head hospital exchanges or cross-hospital training and education meetings
4. Gradually build standardized diagnosis and treatment Platform
Plan Management
Plan the academic promotion plan of the corresponding ecosystem, negotiate with colleagues to reach the final plan, and carry out implement.
1. Organize and support regional expert meetings
2. Understand doctors' concepts, needs, and meeting arrangements Coverage plan implement meeting plan return visit to collect feedback
3. Make a reasonable budget according to the company's regulations, and implement it according to the plan to ensure the rational and effective use of resources
Standardized diagnosis and treatment and disease management
1. Promote the transformation of experts' diagnosis and treatment concepts and behaviors to achieve standardized diagnosis and treatment

Self-management and teamwork
1. Become an expert in the field of products and diseases

.More than 1 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
. Previous sales/marketing/medical experience
. Cross-functional work Experience is preferred
Education level/qualification certificate
. Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
.Pass the RDPAC exam during the trial period
.Complete all required Roche courses during the trial periodWho we are
