Duties and responsibilities include:
- Source and engage with passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and other search technique.
- Utilise your sourcing skills to research markets and companies to drive an ongoing pipeline of relevant candidates
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact our pipeline of suitable candidates
- Conduct research to understand the competitive market
- Review applications and conduct interviews
- Responsibility to manage ‘Refer a Friend ‘Scheme.
- Providing a customer-focused service to candidates and managers, responding promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox.
- Liaising and assisting with new employees when relocating to projects in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe or any other locations where the Company has recruitment needs.
- Liaise with External & Internal Stakeholders in the business, and assisting new hire for the site induction, as often required
- Organising recruitment fairs / open days / Graduate recruitment fairs.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Communications team to support the development of engaging and creative recruitment campaigns for our local and international roles.
- Leverage the extensive digital and social media channels available to you to create, drive and maintain our employment brand presence
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop a good understanding of our roles and the target profiles
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with other ad hoc duties.
- All other duties associated with this role and/or reasonably required by the Company the Company reserves the right to vary the scope and nature of the Employee’s normal duties to take into account changes in the Company’s work patterns and practices and the requirements of its business.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Essential
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience working within a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship management skills - ability to influence senior business leaders
