You’ll be part of the data and transformation office. The Data and Transformation Office serves as a crucial bridge between strategy and execution, enabling the generation of data trust and empowering citizens to foster a data-driven mindset. We are there to support in the design and documentation of processes that align with organisational goals, ensuring impeccable data quality, robust governance and the fulfilment of reporting needs. By cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, we empower IFS leadership to effectively deliver and execute their strategy while achieving their KPI’s.
Your impact
Our mission is to be the beating heart of business services’ transformation by offering necessary support in process documentation and design. You will support process owners and managers throughout their journey of documenting existing or designing new process flows.
As a process engineer, you’ll make an impact by:
Interviewing staff and management to analyse established processes
Gathering and processing data to identify existing processes and draw them within a process simulation software
Assesses existing processes and workflows and identify areas for improvement
Optimises efficiency by proposing and designing new or improved processes
Assembles reports to document process status
Communicates findings and proposals
Utilises process simulation software to document and/or design the most appropriate process
Assesses compliance with applicable quality standards
Born team player with a critical and analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills and keen to take initiatives
Tech-savvy and eager to learn in view of personal growth and development
About you
Experience:
Graduating this academic year or having up to four years’ experience
Knowledge of process engineering software systems is a plus, experience with Adonis is even better
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field (graduate degree preferred)
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
Proficient with computer and information technology
Sufficient understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
Accountable, punctual and proactive
Fast learner
Languages
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good working written and spoken knowledge of English
