POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage and operate a team of up to ten research staffs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Head of Research to lead and manage research staffs across all projects undertaken by the Research department.
- Promote Savills services in respect to, but not limited to the research consultant services.
- Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the research department.
- Support Head of Research to ensure the Research Dept complies with all laws related country’s law requirements.
- Actively seeking new solutions and creating new business opportunities for the Research Department.
- Manage, lead and liaise with the clients with regard to research consultant issues.
- Assisting the Head of Research with ensuring the timely payment of department related invoices.
- Maintain and update database with support from research team
- Write and update reports on all sectors of property market
- Write development recommendation in Real Estate
- Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market position of Savills’ Research and Consultancy
- Participating and contributing in the industry events/ seminars, Savills’ Press Releases/ events/ promote Savills’ brand on mass media
- Liaise with local and international clients and Vietnamese authorities
- Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary
- Write reports in English or Vietnamese based on scope of works to be supplied by clients
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
- Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market in Vietnam
- Supporting and acting as Savills’ brand ambassador at all time
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Master degree in Marketing/BA/Economics/Finance
- Strong understanding of market research and market analysis
- Attention to details and results-driven
Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers
PC skills
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position.
Language
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
