Position
The candidate will be involved in all the activities related to the model development process, from initial concept through to finished in compliance with the required times and quality standards.
The position is located in Fermo.
Main Responsibilities
- Starting form style office drawings, evaluate all types of construction and applied materials;
- Develop models on shape and make the models with CAD and follow the directions for proper production of the product;
- Solve the problems of industrialization of the product and identify the most suitable working methods;
- Collaborate with the product development team and other business departments.
Profile
- Prior experience (at least 5-7 years) as a woman shoes patter maker;
- Knowledge of materials and components with which the shoes are made;
- Good knowledge of product development, cutting, stitching and assembly processes;
- Excellent knowledge of CAD;
- Strong attention to details and luxury sense;
- Good organizational and relational skills;
- Problem solving;
- Team working;
- Flexibility.
